Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or sizing issues
Final sale items

How to Request a Return Email us at Info@plusglow.shop with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
