Refund policy

We want you to love your Plusglow purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including sizing, fit, or change of mind.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return: Email us at Info@plusglow.shop with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
